Jennifer Walker currently serves as the Strategic Customer Success Manager for the Americas at Cornerstone OnDemand, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated over a decade of experience at the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, where responsibilities included serving as the Operations Director of Clinical Support and the Professional Development Office Director. Earlier experience includes directing Workforce Development at the Mississippi Department of Human Services and working as a Clinical Intake Counselor at St. Dominic Hospital. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
