Nishchae Suri

Nishchae Suri is an experienced executive with a strong background in managing and leading organizations across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cornerstone OnDemand since October 2022, Nishchae oversees the overall business in India, focusing on strategic growth and operational excellence. As President for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at EdCast since December 2018, Nishchae is part of the Global Management Executive Team. Previous roles include Partner and Head of KPMG Academy and Partner & Country Head for People & Change at KPMG India, where Nishchae provided leadership in learning solutions and strategic initiatives. Nishchae also served as CEO & Managing Director at Mercer, focusing on growth and operational alignment with business goals, and was a founder of the School of Inspired Leadership. Nishchae began a career at Aon, influencing firm-wide strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University and a BA in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
