Olivier Ghelfenstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global customer support and IT management. Currently serving as Director EMEA Global Customer Support at Cornerstone OnDemand since September 2015, Olivier leads over 35 support engineers across five centers, successfully increasing CSAT from 75% to 88% and reducing case backlogs significantly.
