Alicia Mantey

Alicia Mantey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Corning Incorporated since December 2014, Alicia has held several key positions including HR Manager for Law, Government Affairs, and Corporate Development, HR Manager for Display, HR Manager for CPT, Compensation Consultant for the Americas, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to joining Corning, Alicia worked at Rotech Healthcare Inc. as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst from October 2004 to December 2014, and began a career in human services as a Day Treatment Specialist at United Cerebral Palsy from August 2003 to June 2004. Alicia holds a B.A. in Psychology and Dance from Mercyhurst University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
