Steve Osborne is an experienced pastor currently serving as the Pastor at Cornwall Church since March 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Teaching Pastor at North County Christ the King Church from February 2020 to March 2024, and served as Young Adults Pastor at Daybreak Church from November 2014 to February 2020. Earlier in the career, Steve was the High School Pastor at Inland Hills Church from April 2011 to November 2014. Steve Osborne earned a Masters of Divinity in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Azusa Pacific University, completing the degree between 2014 and 2016.

We are one church with two locations. When you join us for one of our services, it is our hope that you discover the life-changing message of Christ. We want people to be a part of a gathering where they can experience God and worship in an environment that is open to individuals who are seeking to know more about God. Our weekend services are casual “come as you are” gatherings. We invite everyone, no matter your background, to come experience a dynamic and deep encounter with Christ through modern worship, creative media and applicable teachings. The weekend experience at both our campuses is the same - live music, compelling and inspiring teaching from God's Word, dynamic children's programs, and free coffee! The only difference at our Skagit Valley campus is that the message will be experienced via big-screen, high definition projection, and not a live speaker.
