Joanne Greaves Acipd

Joanne Greaves ACIPD serves as the Head of People & Culture at Cornwall Wildlife Trust since April 2021, having previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Acting Head of People and HR People and Engagement Manager. Prior to this, Joanne contributed as HR Business Partner at Cornwall Care from August 2016 to April 2021 and gained experience as a Human Resources Officer at Autism Care UK Ltd from October 2007 to July 2016. Joanne began a career in administration at Nacro as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant from May 2003 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a CIPD HR Management Level 5 from The Cornwall College Group, CPD certifications, a Digital Marketing Level 5 Diploma from UKPD academy, and ongoing studies in Volunteer Management through the Institute of Leadership and Management.
