Claudia Paredes

Claudia Paredes is the Senior Director of Training at Coro Northern California. Claudia has dedicated their career to public service and leadership development, most recently serving as the Director of Fellows Program in Public Affairs at Coro New York Leadership Center.

Paredes has a deep commitment to developing the next generation of leaders. Claudia believes that through exposure to different sectors and an understanding of how decisions are made, young people can develop the skills they need to effect change. Under their leadership, the Fellows Program in Public Affairs at Coro New York has become a premier leadership development program, preparing Fellows for careers in public service.

Paredes has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. Claudia is originally from San Francisco and is fluent in Spanish.

Claudia Paredes has a BA in Sociology from University of California, Berkeley and a Master's of Public Policy in Economics and American Policy from Pepperdine University. Claudia also attended the Rockwood Leadership Institute.
