Gina Lau

Gina Lau is a seasoned professional in leadership development and people strategy, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty for Leadership Development at Coro Northern California and as a Strategic Advisor for Vot-ER and Raise Commercial Real Estate. Lau is the Founder and Principal of Alquimista Coaching & Consulting, focusing on equity-centered leadership and executive coaching. Previous roles include Chief People & Wellbeing Officer at Catalight and leadership positions at Accenture, HelloSign, and Scoop Technologies. Lau's early career included a fellowship at Coro Northern California, emphasizing public affairs and social impact, and a sabbatical dedicated to exploring public policy and volunteering. Lau holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and participated in a study abroad program through Semester at Sea.
