Grace Y. is a seasoned leadership professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Institutions at Coro Northern California since February 2024, where the focus is on fostering collaboration across various sectors to strengthen democracy and address societal challenges. With extensive experience in leadership development, Grace has operated as a certified leadership coach and facilitator since 2011 through Grace Yao Turkis Leadership Consulting & Coaching, emphasizing personal and professional growth across multiple industries. Grace's previous roles include instructor and director of leadership development at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, as well as fellows program director and director of operations at the University of California, San Francisco. Additionally, experience includes program management and leadership development at Cru. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University.
