Meredith Rupp is a professional with extensive experience in urban planning and affordable housing policy. Currently serving as Principal Planner for the City of Concord since September 2024, Rupp previously held the position of Affordable Housing Policy Fellow at Partnership for the Bay’s Future, contributing to housing policy innovation within government agencies. Rupp also worked as a Senior Planner at Urban Planning Partners, Inc., where project management and housing policy oversight were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included positions at Greenbelt Alliance, the META Lab, and the City of Monterey, along with various supportive roles in education and nonprofit organizations. Rupp holds a Master’s Degree in International Policy & Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from Truman State University.
