Rachel Strominger

Rachel Strominger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership development and project support. Currently serving as a Women in Leadership Fellow at Coro Northern California since September 2022, Rachel engages in initiatives that empower women-identifying professionals to enhance leadership skills and foster a supportive network. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at the Earth Island Institute as Associate Director of Project Support and Program Advisor, and was a Program Officer at Karuna Foundation. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at Karuna LLC and Licensed Massage Therapist at Akasa Thai Healing Arts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Reed College, and has pursued further education at Presidio Graduate School, Harvard University, and East West College of the Healing Arts.
