Craig Nichols has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Craig then worked as an Apprentice Electrician at Envision Electric Contracting, L.L.C., where they were responsible for pulling and terminating low voltage wiring. In 2012, they worked as an NOC Operator at Tonaquint Data Centers, Inc., where they monitored HVAC and power systems, as well as network operations. That same year, they worked as an Internet Technician at RocketNEXT IP Services, where they installed new customers and provided tech support. In 2013, they worked as an Internet Technician at Infowest, where they installed new customers and provided tech support. Craig then worked at LogMeIn from 2013 to 2019, where they held various roles, including Devops Engineer, Senior Manager of Technical Solutions, Support Supervisor, and Support Engineer. Finally, they have been working at Coro since 2019, where they have held the roles of Sales Engineering Manager and Senior Sales Engineer.

Craig Nichols obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Dixie State University between 2011 and 2013. Craig also attended Utah State University in 2008. In 2014, they obtained a CCENT certification from Cisco and in 2015, they obtained an Access Data Certified Examiner certification from Syntricate.
