Ilya Masturov

Ilya Masturov has over 13 years of work experience in the IT field. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at 012 Golden Lines as Technical Support and at Hackeru as Telemeeting. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Bezeq as Customer Service Technical Support. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Haaretz as Help Desk Technician and at NeoGames as IT Helpdesk. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at HSBC as IT Specialist. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Trax Retail as Information Technology Specialist and is currently working at Coro as IT Tier 1+2 Support. Throughout their career, Ilya has been responsible for providing technical support to customers, administering cloud infrastructure, managing the purchasing of software and hardware, and providing end-user assistance.

Ilya Masturov received a CCNA certification from hackeru between 2010 and 2012, as well as a MCTS certification from Microsoft.
