Kyle Bernaciak has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to the present. In 2012, they began working as a Baseball Coach/Instructor at the Bulls/Sox Training Academy, providing baseball instruction for a diverse population of children, ages 5-12. From 2012 to 2015, they also worked at Hope College as an Admissions Tour Guide and Sports Editor, supervising the overall production of the Sports section of the weekly newspaper and publicizing weekly athletic articles for the publication.
In 2015, Kyle began working at King David High School Liverpool as a High School Teacher, designing lesson plans to coincide with the English/Language Arts curriculum of the United Kingdom. The same year, they also began working at Grand Haven High School as a Student Teacher, teaching all four grades of high school students English Language, Composition, Language, and Film Analysis. In 2019, they started working as a Security Officer at Old St. Mary's School, ensuring a safe environment of all facilities for the duration of the school day and during after-school programs.
From 2016 to 2022, Kyle worked at the Chicago Police Department as a District Intelligence Officer, a Tactical/Gang Enforcement Team Member, and a Police Officer. In their roles, they coordinated law enforcement intelligence, monitored gang conflicts, conducted gang and narcotics enforcement, and answered calls for service.
In 2022, Kyle began working at Coro as an Account Executive and at Paychex as a Human Capital Management Consultant, helping businesses with payroll, compliance, benefits, and HR-related issues.
Kyle Bernaciak completed a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Hope College in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Brother Rice High School Chicago from 2008 to 2012.
