Yael Shachar Dvir

Yael Shachar Dvir serves as the Chief of Staff at Coro since August 2023, providing strategic advice and overseeing cross-functional execution within a global tech scale-up. Previously, as CBO of Shino Aviation International from January 2021 to January 2023, Yael led business development initiatives, conducted market analyses, and negotiated supplier agreements to enhance profitability. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Control & Budget Planning at Discount Bank from 2012 to 2021, focusing on managing budgets for the Corporate Division. Earlier positions include Strategy Consultant at KPMG and Chief of Staff at Clal Finance, where Yael was involved in business planning, new market development, and overseen mergers and acquisitions. Yael holds an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and dual degrees in Law and Business from Reichman University.
