Danny Chan

Danny Chan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Validation Engineer at Coros. Prior to this, they worked at Marvell Technology as a Senior Engineer, where they were responsible for chip bring-up and regression infrastructure implementation for new automotive chips. Danny also assisted in scoping and testing new requirements for automotive grade products and managed legacy product pipeline regression. Before that, at Aquantia, Danny held positions as an MTS1-Firmware Validation engineer and an ERP Data Intern, where they spearheaded data migration processes and coordinated with sales and marketing teams to customize CRM platforms. Danny also designed training manuals and video tutorials for onboarding. Danny's background includes working as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Saintillan Research Group, where they studied and simulated electrohydrodynamic behavior. Additionally, they worked as a Water Quality Science and Research Student Engineer and was involved in various projects related to plumbing corrosion control, groundwater modeling, and nitrification control. Lastly, Danny interned as a Trace Explosives Detection Intern at Implant Sciences Corp., focusing on improvements in sensitivity and accuracy of detection systems.

Danny Chan completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
