Roshni Ganpat

Roshni Ganpat has a diverse range of work experience in the field of compliance and risk management. Roshni is currently the Group Compliance Director at Corpag since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as President and Treasurer of the Association Compliance Officers Curacao, where they played a key role in establishing the organization and promoting compliance in the Netherlands Antilles. Roshni was also a Committee Member of the Caribbean Regional Compliance Association, contributing to regional compliance initiatives and organizing conferences. Roshni has previously worked as a Compliance & Risk Director at Intertrust Group and as a Compliance Officer at Aegon Asset Management. Roshni has also held roles at APG Asset Management, Robeco, and EFR, where they gained experience in governance, product management, and development. Additionally, Roshni was a Board Member of the Young Compliance Professionals Network, where they helped establish a network for young professionals in compliance and organized events and think-tanks.

Roshni Ganpat has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Roshni obtained a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification from ACAMS in 2019. In 2015 to 2016, they attended the Nederlands Compliance Instituut and achieved a Certified Compliance Professional designation. Roshni also pursued a Master's degree in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Financial Economics from the same institution from 2010 to 2013. Roshni's undergraduate studies were at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from 2007 to 2011. Furthermore, they completed their secondary education at Comenius College from 2001 to 2007, specializing in Economics and Society.

Apart from their degrees, Roshni has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they acquired a certification in Virtual Currency and Blockchain from ACAMS. Additionally, they received an edX Verified Certificate for Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from edX in the same year.
