Its subsidiaries are Servicios Financieros Actinver S de RL de CV, Servicios Actinver SA de CV, Actinver Holdings Inc and Actinver Consultoria, among others. Additionally, through Grupo Financiero Actinver SA de CV, it owns such indirect subsidiaries as Banco Actinver SA, a banking institution; Actinver-Lloyd SA, an investment company; Actinver Financial SA de CV, an operator of mutual funds, and Actinver Casa de Bolsa SA de CV, a brokerage house. In May 2014, the Company raised its interest to 99.999% from 85%, by acquiring a further 14.999% stake, in Arrendadora Actinver SA de CV, a provider of consumer leasing services.
