Beth Gruber

Beth Gruber has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Beth started their career in 1992 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley, where they worked in various departments until 1995. Beth then joined Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, where they also worked in various departments for four years. In 2000, they began working at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, initially as an Assistant Staff Accountant and later as a Development Assistant. From 2008 to 2020, they served as the Office Manager, providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations. In 2020, they became the Director of Organizational Effectiveness before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Planning & Community Engagement in 2021.

Beth Gruber earned their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from The College of St. Scholastica, where they attended from 2011 to 2013.
