Peregrine Rooney-Wiech

Peregrine (Perry) Rooney-Wiech grew up in Workforce Solutions. As a member of the Rooney family, Perry gained experience in Unemployment Program Management by working at the Jon-Jay Associates offices throughout high school and college.

The Rooney family has been in the unemployment compensation consulting business since 1965 with John Rooney opening Jon-Jay Associates, Inc. In the 1990s, John’s sons Jay and Tim Rooney partnered in managing the business, growing the company to become one of the largest and most successful unemployment compensation consulting companies in the country. Jon-Jay was acquired by the TALX Corporation (subsequently Equifax) in 2005.

Feeling that the unemployment compensation consulting industry lacked a strong customer-focused partner, Jay and Tim Rooney returned to the industry by acquiring Corporate Cost Control, Inc. in 2009. By bringing the 3rd generation into the business, they are ensuring that the Rooney family legacy will continue for decades to come.

Perry worked several years experiencing other industries but came back to the family business, now Corporate Cost Control, in 2010 as a Tax Analyst. Having gained a good knowledge of CCC systems and auditing from UI Tax, Perry was promoted to Client Database Coordinator in 2011.

Perry found her niche working in CCC’s Client Database. She was promoted to Client Database Manager in 2013. Exhibiting premier skills in organization and database management; Perry has simplified the client’s introduction to CCC’s on-line Claims Management system, Hamlet. Perry prides herself on her ability to explain the system in both technical and non-technical jargon.

In 2018, Perry became the Director of Client Data. As the Director, Perry leads her team in creating a more efficient reporting system. Perry understands the necessity of reporting and how it can positively impact a client’s analysis of performance.
