Hana Rotman

Hana Rotman is a seasoned executive coach and leadership consultant, currently serving as the Founder of HMR Leadership since 2004, where the focus is on developing impactful leaders to inspire their organizations. With extensive experience across various companies, Hana has been involved with Corporate Edge and Growth Axis since 2012 and 2013, respectively, while also providing executive coaching at Google from 2017 to 2021 and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2011 to 2015. Previous roles include coaching certification leadership at New Ventures West, organizational improvement at Blue Shield of California, and marketing and product development at Charles Schwab, Oracle Corporation, and Accenture. Hana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, along with an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
