Miriam Nigl

Miriam Nigl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership consulting. As the Senior Vice President and Deputy Director of the Struggle Well Program at Boulder Crest Foundation since January 2024, Miriam also founded Miriam Nigl Coaching, LLC in May 2022, where services as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant are offered. Additional roles include serving as Faculty at TLD Group since March 2024 and previously as Chief Strategist and Internal Government Coach for the US Federal Government from July 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Kingfisher Systems, Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton. Miriam's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chinese from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Arts in International Security, and a Graduate Certificate in Asian Studies from Georgetown University, along with a certification in Leadership and Performance Coaching from Brown University School of Professional Studies.
