As a Partner in CFGI’s San Francisco office, I assist companies in complex technical accounting and finance issues, IPO readiness, M&A integration, US GAAP to IASB and other foreign accounting standards conversions, accounting change and other finance and accounting areas.

Subject Matter resource in transaction accounting for joint ventures, business combinations, special purpose entities, debt and equity financings / restructurings, derivative transactions, and cross border transactions.

Also knowledgeable in corporate finance, strategy, due diligence, financial statement analysis and F,P&A through various projects. Experienced in various financial modelling and valuation topics including DCF, comparable (relative value), Monte Carlo and various other methodologies. Also have familiarity with M&A models such as LBO analysis and accretion / dilution analysis.
