Jeffrey Sihpol is the current VP of Human Resources at CFGI. Jeffrey has also worked as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Magellan Jets from February 2016 to June 2017, and as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at HouseWorks LLC from May 2011 to December 2015.

At HouseWorks LLC, Jeffrey was responsible for leading all operations and financial management for the entire organization, including financial performance, controls, and operational efficiencies. Jeffrey oversaw the entire staff, providing leadership and guidance. Jeffrey was able to transform the company from its worst performing years to its two most profitable years (2013 and 2014) by increasing gross margins by 5+% and EBITDA by over 20 times through a deep dive into financial drivers, process improvements and staff development. Jeffrey also converted the company’s technology infrastructure to a significantly more stable and secure environment—financial systems generated more robust reports and numbers to ensure better business decisions and the primary operating system was more efficient and customer friendly. Furthermore, they removed a company culture of blame and replaced it with collaboration, teamwork, and accountability.

In terms of key accomplishments, Jeffrey negotiated and closed the largest revenue contract in the company’s history, providing a consistent revenue stream with significant volumes, resulting in an increase to revenues of over 20%. Jeffrey also managed and sold a satellite office that was operating at consistent net losses, generating significant income over a 3-year timeframe. Additionally, they identified and adapted to customer needs and demands by creating and managing a new service line that accounted for a 7.5% increase to revenues. Finally, they created dynamic, in-depth financial modeling/budgeting tool that forecasted results and projected the impact of operational changes in both the short and long term.

At Magellan Jets, Jeffrey continued their work in finance and operations as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer. Jeffrey was responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, compliance, and risk management. Jeffrey also led initiatives to improve operational efficiencies across the organization. In this role, Jeffrey developed a new set of financial and operational reports to identify profitable business lines and which business lines needed to be addressed/changed.

Jeffrey Sihpol began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Jeffrey then went on to earn certification from Series 27.

Their manager is Nick Nardone, Co-CEO & Founder. They work with Eric Swinderman - Managing Director, Ray D’Eon - Managing Director, and David Horn - Partner.
