Mark Billings is a partner at CFGI, a previous Director of Financial Due Diligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and a seasoned professional in the field of data analysis and due diligence reports. Mark started their career in PwC's audit practice in the Birmingham, UK and Philadelphia, PA, USA offices and joined the Deals practice in 2005. As Director of Financial Due Diligence, Mark led multi-disciplinary teams of professionals through data analysis and production of buy side due diligence reports for large private equity and corporate clients with a focus on the highly regulated U.S. healthcare and utilities industries. Mark enjoyed the intellectual challenge of quickly analyzing complex business models in order to provide clients with critical deal insights to support their transaction thesis. In their current role as partner at CFGI, Mark continues to use their skills in data analysis and report production to support their clients in making sound financial decisions.

Mark Billings is a Chartered Accountant who has studied accounting, auditing and business at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs. Mark also has a BA (Hons) in Economics / Economic Theirtory with a Year in Europe from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's Degree in Erasmus year - International Business from KU Leuven.
