Oscar Palacio

Oscar has over 13 years of experience providing operational finance, management, and accounting advisory services to clients of all sizes across a variety of industries. Oscar is an energetic executive with high integrity, excellent problem solving/decision-making skills, and strong interpersonal skills with proven success transforming controllership organizations and creating team environments that align an Organization’s resources, processes, and technology stack to corporate strategy/philosophy.

Prior to CFGI, Oscar served as Global Controller and subsequently COO – LATAM & USH at Vice Media, a global youth digital media, advertising, creative agency, studio and broadcasting company. During his tenure, Oscar built out the global controllership and accounting operations across 39 countries, oversaw the implementation of various systems worked cross-departmentally to optimize and improve processes and organizational structure and providing leadership to the LATAM & USH region while managing operations.

Oscar is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
