Alanna Drozd

Alanna Drozd has extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Representative at Corporate Imaging Concepts, LLC since May 2022, Alanna previously worked as a Program Support Representative at NVISION from September 2018 to October 2021. Prior to this role, Alanna managed Josi's Frozen Yogurt Cafe from June 2014 to August 2018. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Media, and Theatre from Northeastern Illinois University, completed in 2018.
