Michelle M. Warner

Michelle M. Warner is an experienced legal and corporate executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director for CEO Perspectives at Corporate Leadership Center since September 2021, Michelle also founded MMW Advisors, LLC in July 2020, where Michelle M. acts as Principal and Strategic Advisor. Michelle holds a Board Director position at MKS Instruments since May 2019 and previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at USG between January 2016 and April 2019. Prior roles include Corporate Vice President at Motorola Solutions and Motorola, Inc., as well as positions at Holleb & Coff and McDermott Will and Emery. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
