Ami Shah

Ami Shah has a solid work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Ami started their career as a Senior Consultant at Mercer Health and Benefits in 1993, where they directed the evaluation and design of health & welfare and wellness programs for clients, managing a team of 10 associates. Ami later joined Bimbo Bakeries USA as the Senior Director of Benefits, where they directed the evaluation, development, and execution of all benefit initiatives for a large organization. In 2012, they joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services as a Vice President and Senior Healthcare Consultant. Ami then moved on to Lockton Companies in 2013, where they held the role of Senior Vice President, leading the Employee Benefits Practice in their NYC and PA offices.
