Hyong Jin Park

As Chief Information Officer for Corporate Synergies, Hyong Jin Park is drawing upon more than 15 years in the healthcare industry coupled with an expertise in analytics to build out the firm’s operational capabilities. His current focus includes driving a multitude of cross-functional operational programs including, but not limited to, benefit administration, benchmarking and analytics, fee-for-service pricing models and implementing voice of the customer feedback into the service platform.

Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, he was Director of Health Insurance Exchange Solutions at Connextions, Inc., an OptumHealth company that provides exchange technology for private and public constituents. He also served in a variety of healthcare industry roles including Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), where he supported operational oversight of the member and physician call centers, claims processing and self-service solutions for 15,000 employees. Previously, he held operational positions within CIGNA’s service organization.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut and graduated from the University of Hartford with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science degree in Insurance. He is a recipient of the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.
