Arnold Jr. Aurella

Arnold Jr. Aurella has a strong background in finance and accounting. Arnold Jr. began their career in 2009 as an Accounting Systems Administrator at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Arnold Jr. then moved to the Lyceum of the Philippines University, where they worked as a Professor from 2012 to 2013.

Arnold's first management role was at the MFT Group of Companies, where they served as a Director at MR Angel Corporation, a lending corporation. Following this, Arnold worked at the Owelle Corporation as an Accounting and Finance Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and producing financial reports.

In 2016, Arnold joined Penbrooke Tricking Inc. as the General Manager, responsible for overseeing administrative functions and managing daily business operations. Arnold Jr. held this position until 2022.

In 2022, Arnold took on the role of Head of Finance and Accounting at Go Philippines, where they drove financial planning, managed risk, and ensured taxation and government compliance. Arnold Jr. also prepared financial analysis reports and worked with management on financial impact assessments and forecasts.

Arnold's next role was Senior Accounting Manager at SM Retail, where they focused on planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as business performance measurement and decision support. Arnold Jr. also played a key role in reporting, governance, and control.

Most recently, Arnold worked as the Head of Finance and Controllership at Corporate Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Filinvest. In this role, they led the finance and controllership department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and controls. Arnold Jr. provided financial reports to company leadership for operational decision making, oversaw department tasks, and implemented controls and procedures.

Arnold's work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance and accounting, as well as their ability to lead teams and drive financial performance.

Arnold Jr. Aurella has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lyceum of the Philippines University, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university from 2005 to 2009. Arnold Jr. received their primary and secondary education at St. Anthony School - Singalong Manila from 1995 to 2004. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained the certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in 2011.
