Raymond Castaneda's work experience begins in 1999 at Unilever Asia-IT Singapore (Regional IT Center) as a Regional IT Project Manager. Raymond then takes on various roles within the company, including IT Engagement/Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst. In 2007, they join Unilever Philippines as an IT Business Partner/IT Business Development Manager, responsible for delivering IT and managing the IT budget. In 2010, they become the Regional IT Manager at Johnson and Johnson International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., leading Sales Solution projects across the Asia Pacific region. From 2013 to 2018, they work at SC Johnson in roles such as Global Business Process & Technology - Strategic Demand Management and Regional Business Process & Technology Manager (AsiaPac). In 2018, Raymond joins Petron Corporation as the Business Systems Head and later becomes the Head of Information Technology/CIO, responsible for the overall IT strategy and operations. Most recently, in 2021, they become the President and CEO of Corporate Technologies, Inc., overseeing the conglomerate's IT strategy and digital transformation efforts.
Raymond Castaneda obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University. Raymond also holds additional certifications such as Autodesk Fusion 360 Certified User and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from Autodesk and the Business Relationship Management Institute, respectively.
