Tom Arnold

Thomas Arnold has a diverse background in customer success and studio management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Corporate Traveler USA since April 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Client Relationship Manager at the same company, as well as Studio Manager at Bass Productions Ltd from 2003 to 2011, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, budget oversight, and facility maintenance. Earlier, Thomas held the position of Studio Manager at Chicago Trax Recording from 1998 to 2003, managing payroll, client relations, and promotional efforts, along with experience as an Audio Engineer for prominent record labels. Thomas is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.
