Amanda DeVlugt

Director, Customer Success at Corporate Visions

Amanda DeVlugt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Amanda started their career in 2006 at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where they held roles as Assistant General Manager and later as Hotel General Manager. Amanda then moved on to work as a Hotel General Manager at White Lodging Services before joining Hilton in 2012. At Hilton, Amanda held various positions, including Advisor for Brand Management + Leadership Development, where they facilitated workshops on leadership development and ways to drive business to hotels. Amanda also served as a Hotel General Manager and Task Force Hotel Openings Manager during their time at Hilton. In 2018, Amanda transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Global Learning, Talent, and Engagement at Hilton, where they were responsible for overseeing learning and development programs. In 2020, they joined Corporate Visions as the Director of Virtual Production and later became the VP of Customer Success. Currently, Amanda is the Director of Member Success (Global) at AA-ISP and B2B DecisionLabs. In this role, they focus on strategic customer engagement and delivering science-backed content to help members develop professionally and grow revenue. Outside of their full-time roles, Amanda is also a member of the Sales Enablement Collective.

Amanda DeVlugt's education history begins with their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from the University of North Florida. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University. The same year, they also earned the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation from the American Hotel Lodging Association. In 2016, Amanda obtained a Master Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda DeVlugt has obtained several certifications. During their career, Amanda also completed the Expert Online Trainer Bootcamp from Dale Carnegie Training in 2017 and obtained a Design Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development in 2016. Early in their career, they achieved the Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2013, and previously, they obtained the Certified Rooms Division Executive designation in 2011.

While Amanda's education history shows a strong focus on the hospitality industry and talent development, it is worth noting that information regarding the completion of a Certified Hotel Revenue Manager certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a Strategic, Level 3 certification from Dale Carnegie & Associates is not available.
