Charlotte Kobayashi has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Charlotte began their career in 1974 as a Field Representative at Far West Laboratory. From 1976 to 1986, they served as the Executive Vice President at Soken Trading Company. Afterwards, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Harold S Stein & Associates from 1986 to 1995. In 1996, they joined Knowledge Beginnings as a Program Developer, where they stayed until 2000. From 2000 to 2018, Charlotte worked at Corporate Visions, Inc. as an Office Manager/Community Outreach. In 2018, they took up the role of Hawaiian Events - Hula and Ukulele Resource Manager and Hula and Ukulele Consultant at Self-employed. Charlotte also worked as a Hawaiian Events and Entertainment Resource Manager at Event + in the same year.
Charlotte Kobayashi has a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Loyola University Chicago. Charlotte also holds a Masters of Ed in Ed Psychology and Elementary Education from the same institution. Additionally, they pursued graduate studies in Administration-Education at Indiana University Bloomington and Educational Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Initially, they attended the University of New Mexico for their first undergraduate year but transferred to the University of Hawaii. Charlotte also obtained a Masters degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
