Renee Wooding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Renee started their career in 1990 at Nations Bank, working in treasury management. In 1996, they joined Maryland Natonal Bank and continued working in treasury management until 2000. From 1996 to 2008, they held multiple roles at Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company and Mercantile Bank, including SVP Treasury Management and SVP - Treasury Management Sales Manager.

In 2000, Wooding joined the Alzheimer's Assoc board as a board member, a position they held until 2008. In 2008, they became a board member at the American Visionary Arts Museum and served in this role until the present.

Wooding started working at PNC in 1996 and held several senior vice president roles, including Treasury Management Sales Development Manager and Greater Maryland Treasury Management Market Manager. In these roles, they focused on revenue generation, sales training, and building partnerships with business partners. Wooding received the Gallup Great Workplace Award for Excellence in Managing during their tenure at PNC.

Additionally, Wooding joined the Art Education in Maryland Schools Alliance as a board member from 2011 to 2016. Renee also worked as an Independent Sales Training Consultant at Corporate Visions in 2018.

Most recently, Wooding joined the Cool Kids Campaign in 2018 and has held various positions, including Director of Philanthropy, Managing Director, and currently Executive Director. Renee is responsible for managing donor relationships, raising critical funding, and overseeing the organization's programs and events that provide support to childhood cancer patients and their families.

Renee Wooding obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Renee then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University from 1999 to 2002.
