Saad A Saad has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in negotiation training and consulting, academia, business development, and landscape services. Currently, they work as a Negotiation Trainer & Consultant at Corporate Visions, where they facilitate corporate trainings to Fortune 500 executives and specializes in topics such as impactful messaging, customer persuasion, price justification, and strategic tradeoffs. Prior to this, Saad served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York, teaching negotiation courses and conducting simulation-heavy sessions to enhance students' negotiation skills. Saad A also worked as an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College, focusing on conflict resolution. Furthermore, Saad co-founded Retea, a premium tea company, and served as its Business Development Manager. During their time at Retea, they demonstrated competencies in concept development, sales and business development, and negotiating with distributors and wholesalers. In 2019, Retea was acquired by a coffee distributor. Saad's early career began with Grass Masters Landscape Services, where they started as a lawn mower and gradually built it into a successful landscape design and installation company. Saad A gained extensive experience in negotiating and selling projects and proposals, managing a team, and creating award-winning landscapes. In 2012, Saad sold the company and began their graduate studies at Columbia University.
Saad A Saad completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2011. Saad A then pursued a Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution with a focus on Psychology at Columbia University from 2012 to 2014.
