Sarah Antor

Sarah Antor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah is currently the Head of Legal & Regulatory at HAWK:AI, a leading software platform for combating financial crime. Prior to that, they worked as a Seed Investor at primeCROWD and as an Executive Consultant at Corporate Visions. Sarah has also held several positions at Raymond James, including COO European Investment Banking, Managing Director/CEO Germany, and CAO European Investment Banking. Sarah has also served as the General Counsel at Payworks and as a Director at DSA Legal Group. Sarah has worked as a faculty member at EU Business School and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate/Commercial Law at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. Their earlier experience includes working as Of Counsel at DWF Germany and as the Chief Legal Counsel at the Office of the Governor, State of South Carolina. Sarah Antor has a strong background in legal and regulatory matters, with expertise in finance, investment banking, and cross-border transactions.

Sarah Antor has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended The Lawrenceville School for their high school education. Following that, they pursued a BA degree in Economics and Sociology at Tulane University from 1994 to 1997. In 1996, Sarah briefly studied Law and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Sarah then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law from 2003 to 2005.

Sarah's education continued as they attended the Wharton Executive Education program, specializing in Corporate Board Governance. Sarah completed this program in 2022. In addition to their educational credentials, Sarah has obtained several certifications. Sarah received their Bar Admission from the South Carolina Bar and the US District Court -- Federal Court in March 2006. Additionally, Sarah obtained a Corporate Governance certification from Wharton Executive Education in May 2022.
