T. Melissa Madian

Facilitating Consultant at Corporate Visions

T. Melissa Madian has extensive experience in sales and customer experience enablement. T. Melissa founded TMM Enablement Services Inc. in 2017, where they provide enablement services to optimize revenue-generating and customer-facing functions for various organizations. Additionally, they wrote a book called "Enabler? I Hardly Know Her! How to Make the Sales Experience Not Suck" in 2020, which explores the importance of sales enablement and its successful implementation. T. Melissa also authored a children's book titled "It came from the SCIENCE LAB!!!" in the same year.

Madian worked as a facilitating consultant at Corporate Visions starting in 2018, and has been a member of RevGenius since 2020. T. Melissa is also a member of the Sales Enablement Society, where they actively participate in developing best practices and defining sales enablement roles.

Within the speaker community, Madian is a member of the Women in Revenue Speakers' Bureau since 2021, and has been a speaker for Innovation Women since the same year. T. Melissa is also recognized as The Sales Experience Expert on the Sales Experts Channel since 2019.

From 2014 to 2017, Madian held senior leadership positions at Vision Critical, including Senior Vice President of Customer Experience Enablement and Vice President of Sales Enablement. In these roles, they focused on empowering revenue-generating and customer-facing teams to improve customer experiences and drive business growth. T. Melissa was responsible for running the Visionaries Customer Advocacy program and establishing Vision Critical Academy, a collaborative learning and training environment for customers and partners.

T. Melissa Madian completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Certification in Image Consulting at George Brown College in 2001 and 2002.
