Luciana Terente

Luciana Terente is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in instructional design and program development. Currently serving as a Senior Training Consultant at Corporater since April 2016, Luciana has played a pivotal role in establishing the Corporater Academy, overseeing the LMS platform (Totara), and managing the comprehensive production of training courses. Prior to that, Luciana excelled as an Instructional Design Team Leader at Softwin, where responsibilities included team collaboration, product management, product marketing, and training delivery. Early career experience involved coordinating preschool programming at the Step by Step Centre for Education and Professional Development, alongside significant contributions to educational research and training. Luciana holds a Master in Educational Management and Evaluation as well as a Licentiate’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Bucharest, complemented by foundational education at the Pedagogical High School Tulcea.
