Kris Higgins

Kris Higgins is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in media and production. Currently serving as Project Manager for TV Content at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting since June 2021, Kris previously held the position of Director of Operations & Production at the Investigative Reporting Workshop from January 2012 to June 2021, where important work included producing "Moments of Truth." Other notable roles include Finance Manager & Operating Producer and Center Financial Operations Manager at American University Washington College of Law, Program Coordinator for Grants & Programs, Executive Director at Puppet Showplace Theatre, Program Director at AmeriCorps, and Assistant Construction Superintendent at Habitat for Humanity. Kris holds a Master of Fine Arts in Film & Media Arts from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
