Manager, Capital Delivery - Community Spaces at Town of Newmarket

Bill White, M.Eng., P.Eng., currently serves as the Manager of Capital Delivery for Community Spaces at the Town of Newmarket, where responsibilities include establishing a new business unit and leading a team of project managers. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Project Management Leader for the Mulock Property, managing a $80 million capital program. Bill's experience spans various roles in reputable companies, including GHD, where Bill managed water and environmental projects with construction costs ranging from $600k to $30M, and CH2M HILL, as a Water Engineer focusing on water treatment processes. Bill began the career in engineering as a Summer Engineering Student at Dillon Consulting Ltd. Bill earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Urban & Social Geography from McMaster University.
