Katie Costa has a diverse work experience in various roles. Katie started their career as a Compliance Intern at Natsource in 2008 and then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Random Walk Trading from February 2008 to September 2009. In 2009, they joined the Social Security Administration as an IT Specialist / Requirements Analyst, where they were responsible for leading the analysis of a centralized user interface and drafting business, functional, and technical requirements specifications. In 2012, Katie joined Corra, where they held multiple roles, starting as a Business Analyst and moving up to Senior Business Analyst, then Director of Business Analysis, and finally as the Director of Solutions Strategy. In their most recent role at Corra, they served as the Vice President of Solutions Strategy.

Katie Costa completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the M1 Solution Specialist certification from Magento, an Adobe Company in February 2014. Katie then became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017. Additionally, they became an Adobe Certified Expert-Magento Commerce Business Practitioner in April 2018 and an Adobe Subject Matter Expert-Magento Commerce Business Practitioner in September 2020, both from Adobe.
