Larry Gendron has a diverse work experience, with nearly three decades in the sales industry. Larry started as an assistant manager at Macy's West in 1993 and moved on to become a Key Account Sales Executive at Nine West Group in 1996. Larry then worked as a Senior Key Account Executive at Timberland for 12 years and managed key accounts such as Dillard's, Macy's, and Marshall Fields. Gendron later joined Lucchese as a Regional Sales Manager and Planning Manager, where they supervised Key Account Executives and increased sales by 20%. After two years, they were promoted to Sales & Planning Manager, where they provided leadership to the sales team. In 2016, they joined Lane Boots as a National Sales Manager and continued working there until 2022. Larry is currently working as a Territory Sales Manager at Corral Boots.

Larry Gendron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Computer Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Larry then pursued further education by earning a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota Graduate School, which they completed from 1988 to 1992.
