Lead Instructor, Supply Chain at Correlation One

Wendy Serapiglia has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain management. Wendy is currently serving as an Instructor in Supply Chain Management at Duquesne University since July 2021. In 2023, they will join Correlation One as a Lead Instructor for Supply Chain. Previously, Wendy held the position of Vice President Finance at ASCM Pittsburgh starting from April 2017. Prior to that, they worked at MSA - The Safety Company as a Global Logistics Manager, and later as a Manager for International Transportation from July 2011 to July 2021. From October 2008 to July 2011, they worked at Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC as a Manager for Import/Export Compliance and Logistics. Wendy started their professional career at PPG Industries in 1999, where they served in various roles including Supply Chain Coordinator, Business Project Analyst, and Export Sales Service Coordinator.

Wendy Serapiglia, CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, holds an MBA in International Business from Point Park University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Allegheny College between 1991 and 1995. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2013, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2016, and Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) from APICS in 2016. Wendy is also currently pursuing an ASCM Supply Chain Technology Certificate from the Association for Supply Chain Management, set to be completed in 2023, and has already obtained an ASCM Supply Chain Procurement Certificate from the same institution in 2021.
