Jennifer Kmiec

Jennifer Kmiec has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different organizations. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at CorriXR Therapeutics since April 2022. Additionally, they founded Inspiring Women in STEM in 2013 and continues to be involved in the organization.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer was associated with The Committee of 100, a non-profit association of Delaware business leaders. Jennifer served as the Executive Director from December 2018 to July 2022, and earlier as the Associate Director from February 2016 to December 2018. During their time at The Committee of 100, they focused on promoting responsible economic development in the state and region.

Before their involvement with The Committee of 100, Jennifer served as the Executive Director of Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance from October 2011 to December 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Associate VP for Economic Development at Marshall University from July 2009 to September 2011.

Jennifer also has experience in the field of business development and marketing. Jennifer worked as the VP of Business Development & Marketing at iBio, Inc. from May 2006 to June 2009.

Throughout their career, Jennifer Kmiec has demonstrated their commitment to various causes, including promoting women in STEM fields and sustainable practices in chemistry.

Jennifer Kmiec earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1977 to 1980. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Administration degree with a focus on Marketing & Technology Management at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 1987 to 1989.
