Abigail is an experienced practitioner who specializes in disputes and investigations. She advises corporate and public entity clients on investigations and public inquiries spanning regulatory matters, financial crime, integrity issues and ESG concerns.
Formerly a senior in-house lawyer, Abigail has extensive experience advising on the defense of complex commercial disputes and enforcement actions involving key local regulators and is often engaged to work collaboratively in cross-border mandates.
Abigail has also developed and led the implementation of programs to mitigate compliance and ESG risks and she regularly advises boards and senior leadership teams on best practices in these areas.
Abigail is a director on the board of Transparency International Australia and was recognized in Global Investigations Review’s 2021 Women in Investigations survey.
