Carina Tan serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Corsair since June 2016, bringing extensive experience in intellectual property law. Prior to this role, Carina was a Partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, providing legal counsel on intellectual asset design and protection from January 2014 to June 2016. Carina also worked as a Partner at Reed Smith from October 2008 to December 2013, focusing on intellectual property counseling, and held associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from March 2005 to September 2008, and at Perkins Coie LLP from 2001 to 2005. Carina holds a JD in Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and both a BS and MS in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
