Information Technology Support Engineer at Corsair

Christopher Balmonte has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Christopher started their career at Nvidia in 2008 as a Desktop Support, providing Level 1 and 2 user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Safeway as part of the Corporate IT Services team, where they installed corporate software on PCs and repaired damaged laptops and desktops. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Blackhawk Network, initially as a Network Operations Specialist and later as a Senior System Administrator. In these roles, they provided technical support service to global customers, managed incident situations, performed server builds and maintenance, conducted troubleshooting of various issues, ensured PCI compliance, and documented processes. Christopher then joined Chameleon Like in 2020 as a System Administrator, managing system administration tasks until 2021. Currently, they are working at Corsair as an Information Technology Support Engineer, starting in July 2021.

Christopher Balmonte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College of California. Additionally, they acquired certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Tech Skills.
