Edward Lane

European Controller at Corsair

Edward Lane has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Edward started their career at Ernst & Young in 1987, where they worked in the audit department for six years. Edward then served as a financial accountant at Mainline Freight Limited from 1993 to 1995. After that, Edward worked as a finance manager at Vodafone from 1995 to 1997. Edward then joined The Norton Practice as an accountant from 1997 to 2000. Edward then moved on to become the European financial controller at MicroStrategy from 2000 to 2001. Edward then joined Manhattan Associates as the European finance director from 2001 to 2007. Following that, Edward served as the VP of finance at Intuitive Group from 2007 to 2011. Edward then worked as the EMEA senior finance director at Interactive Intelligence from 2012 to 2017. Edward's most recent role is the European controller at Corsair, which they have held since 2017.

Edward Lane attended Longdean School, although the dates of their enrollment are unspecified. After completing high school, Lane pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Physics at The University of Salford, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Subsequently, they furthered their education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, obtaining their Chartered Accountant ACA qualification from 1987 to 1991.
